Dr. Xueqing Li is an associate professor in the School of Media and Communication at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. As a PhD graduate from the School of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, her research focuses on media technology and digital wellbeing, as well as political communication. Her recent research topic includes social norms, mobile technology and relational behaviors.

Her research has been published in Computer in Human Behaviors, The International Journal of Press/Politics, the International Journal of Communication, Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking, and other venues. Her courses include Academic English, Communication Theory, Interpersonal and Group Communication.
